Before joining Elmo (www.elmo.fi) in 2013 Janne worked for Nokia for 18 years.

Elmo was founded in 2003. Elmo has made a big transition under Janne’s leadership from a telecom company to a new kind of IT service company.

Elmo’s mission and purpose is to create truly customer driven and human centric outsourcing service and company culture.

Elmo’s unique culture (The Elmo Way) is based on people, creating environment where drive and internal motivation is maximized. We want to minimize bureaucracy and hierarchy and empower people.
